I'm going lazy with roast tats, some white white based gravy (no cider without going out) from the juices, and some peas. Boring but it'll be OK

I'd just stick it between 2 slices of bread with lots of HP sauce. And a nice mug of tea to go with it. :)

Sounds fine, the star of the show will be the pork belly. I'd be tempted to go with garlic mash, though:)

Actually I forgot I have some mash already cooked. Just reheat in oven. Some garlic fried in butter on top is what I'll do. Plus peas and gravy.
