We're just about to have dinner, and tonight it's Piccata al Limone (pan-fried chicken breast in fresh lemon juice, white wine and capers), sprinkled with fresh parsley and served with buttered boiled Jersey Royal potatoes , fresh asparagus and extra-fine french beans.

Made parsnip soup, pretty good, just had some nice bread with it.
