Salmon, sweet potato and brocoli spears, luckily I had some homemade pesto on hand for some flavour. Bit pissed off today though, I've hugely reduced my alcohol and sugar intake for the past 3 months, on a low carb, non processed food diet, but my blood sugar is still at exactly the same level it was 6 months ago, 43 mmol. Disappointing, been exercising more too.
