Well tonight we will be eating risotto, using some low fat minced beef bought from the Co-op. Pudding will most likely be profiteroles (also from the Co-op; as we prefer them over the offerings available from Tesco or Waitrose.) Pictures to follow.

(The eagle-eyed amongst you will note that the rice is a mixture of Basmati and Arborio rice, as we only discovered during preparation that we did not have enough Arborio rice. :doh:)

Looks tasty Barry. Another of your dishes I’ve not made in a long while! (I’m doing a batch of Ratatouille tonight which has become a family favourite since you posted about it a few weeks ago so thanks for that!)
