it was mild but very tasty robin. It had mushrooms, sweet peppers onions coconut cream pineapple and all usual spices for a tikka masala plus the ham off of a shank i cooked in morning.

Yup, that does look really tasty, Grant, and certainly something I'd gladly eat myself:) Totally different colour too mate, from some of those ready meals you used to eat!;)

Ribeye steak cooked under pressure in a nice veg and spice stock with carrots and onion.
Served with baby potatoes and a gravy made from stock.

Damn good. Steak fell apart and was delish.
