Tonight's scran... Portuguese braised pork back-ribs with chorizo, served simply with some boiled potatoes (to sook up all that lovely juice!):

Lol, just fancied some boiled spuds, mate. The ribs were filling enough as it was, plus the chorizo, and quite rich, so wanted something fairly plain just to sook up the sauce - and no, NOT chips!:D
Rice would've also worked well.
