Ah, nice one, as that's where most of the goodness and FLAVOUR is!:)
Plus, as you know, I like my gravies and sauces (don't really like 'dry' meat), which compliment and enhance the flavour of the meat itself. All that needs now mate, is some nice roasties and veg, with lashing of your lovely (hot) gravy poured over the top...
