Today's lunch, enjoyed al fresco, as it was a lovely day here in sunny Wrexham, with the temp touching 24C at one point!:)
Anyway, to start, Del's homemade Zucchini Parmigiana (with courgettes from our garden), served in individual pots, topped with fresh basil and parmesan, and served with some 'rustic boule' to dip in the sauce:

Followed by just a simple roast leg of lamb, stuffed with fresh garlic and rosemary and served with a light gravy, roasties (with our potatoes from the garden), heritage carrots (from our garden) and various other veg:

And washed down with a rather lovely Burgundy we brought over from France last year:

The 'Grillo' shown was a Sicilian white we enjoyed with the starter!
