Gammon steaks tonight, I’ve posted the finished article before, but I inadvertently created a gammon monkey on the grill!
(Pineapple is for daughter, as has been said before, in my opinion pineapple doesn’t belong on gammon or pizza…)

Agreed - pineapple has no place on gammon, or in a pizza, or (heaven forbid) in a curry. The only place for it is either on its own, with some single cream, or in a fruit salad.
