Pieminister Steak & Kidney, red pepper with extra virgin olive oil and Nandos XX Piri Piri sauce, baked onion, cheat mash and homemade grain mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Kallo beef stock gravy.
Very enjoyable.
Onion naked but cooked in skin as per this dude. It works you definitely get better flavour.
