Anyway, turns out there was just enough juice in the camera to snap a quick pic, before it died, sadly though before I could place the lamb cutlet and mushrooms in a sufficiently 'artistic' position (lol), but popped some slices of fried bread in:

Sockeye Salmon. Beautiful fish and was on offer so I grabbed a big bit.

Cooked (steamed)in lemongrass butter and then a little lemon and sweet chilli on top after it came out
