Lol, nah, a Scottish morning roll would be the one, as IMO all else in the roll department is inferior, which is one reason why burger vans in Scotland can be so superb!:)
Weather-wise, it's a lovely sunny and crisp day here (sorry it's too cold for you), but I love this weather, as it's so fresh and healthy.
Marco.
Interesting. The ones I had were neither soggy, not sweet.

Don't know how authentic it is, probably not but called Tuscan Sausage penne
Not tried it beforehttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...3596e832bc.jpg
Brunch.
Last of the bubble and squeak. Thick cut triple smoked in oak bacon. So they say. No white scum out of this stuff. No added water either.

i can taste the bacon:D
Looks quite nice, Grant. Traditionally, penne would be served with a tomato sauce, but it doesn't really matter. When they say 'sausage', does it say what kind of sausage is used? It should be some form of salsiccia (spicy Italian sausage), not bog-standard ones, as *that* would be very wrong...
However, all that really matters is that it tastes good and you enjoy it:cool:
