Today I popped into town for a funeral.
This entails parking in Sainsburys (its free !!)
Shot in afterwards to snap up a few reduced items !!
Lambs kidneys from 2.70 to 1 35 !!
Bargain !! Amongst other things , so off to my saucepan at home bit of a fry in butter and thicken the milk I added (after frying ) , with a spoon of cornflour (Worcs sauce , fish sauce ,salt and pepper !!)
On seeded bread toast - Yum Yum and lashings of Yorkshire Tea :cool:

Looks very good I just had cos & chips in a local restaurant. Did a wicked tartare. All my attempts at homemade tartare have ever been great.
That is a lot of tartare, though, Marco.
