We managed the starter, which I shared with Del, as it was vegan... Home-made rice-paper vegetable spring rolls (containing baby sweetcorn, asparagus, rice vermicelli noodles, beansprouts, spring onion and coriander), served with two dips: one with fresh chilli, Shaoxing rice wine, ginger, garlic, sugar, coriander), and the other just some Kikkoman light soy sauce:

The main course was enjoyed indoors, which was free-range chicken (cooked on the BBQ), marinated in various herbs and spices, including harissa, za'atar (middle-eastern herb), fresh lime juice, chilli, garlic, and served with stir-fried egg noodles, with baby sweetcorn, pak choi, beansprouts, soy sauce and sesame oil:
