popped a nice bit of North Highland Boneless Lamb Shoulder in cooker... a bit more pricey but its worth the extra .. best of stuff this .

Some good scran posted recently here, chaps! Granty's soups always look great, although I couldn't see any evidence of 'wine sauce' with the cod, despite 200% screen magnification!:ner::D;)
Need to get my act in gear lol, as we've been out for a few meals recently, celebrating birthdays with friends, etc. Anyway, keep up the good work:cool:

you could taste it but it was a steam in bag one and i over cooked it i think as sauce went a bit thick.. will give it 30 secs less next time. cod was lovely tho
Ah, no worries. I thought it was a sauce you'd made up yourself.. What's happened then to all the great homemade curries and rice dishes? Has the novelty of your new gadgets worn off?;)
