Lol... Do you think the princess should do a 'Nigella-style' video?:D:eyebrows:
Marco.
Lol - well you know what you've got to look forward to when you visit!:D
Marco.
That looks brilliant - except the Rocket.
I can't stand the stuff (I call it "Devil weed"), even one leaf in a mixed salad tastes/smells foul to me.
I think it may be genetic, as my eldest daughter feels the same way about it, while my wife and younger daughter love the stuff.
Lol - no worries... We love all types of salad leaves.
The Parmesan shavings help dilute the effect you're referring to, ramp up the flavour and make the rocket more digestible, plus Del had still to add the Farro on top, which is a type of barley/wheat, see here: https://www.google.com/search?q=farr...hrome&ie=UTF-8, very popular in Tuscany, and when combined with extra-virgin olive oil, parsley and various other fresh herbs, is delicious!:)
When you eat the whole thing together, through the rocket leaves, it's quite different from just having the rocket on it's own. Didn't you like the pasta or meringues, as you didn't mention those? Although I know you're big into antipasti:D
Normally there'd have been more meats, but it was mostly for Del, who as you know is veggie.
Marco.
pasta and meringues also very tasty looking (meringue in particular) - I would have been happy just missing out the pasta course, as you have noticed I love antipasti :)
