It does look very good.
Partial to mint, pea and asparagus rissotto with half a tonne of Parmesan in it myself. Or Porcini mushroom.
Panceta though. Supermarket panceta is usually pretty awful. Hard to find decent panceta round here without going into Bristol.
As nice as the food looks, there doesn't seem to be much of it. I must just be used to fat bastard portions.
