Today's lunch (a traditional Hungarian peasant dish):

Oven-baked peppers, stuffed with pork and beef mince, rice, sautéed onions and garlic, in a smoked paprika, tomato and chilli sauce. Doesn't look much (it's hard to make such dishes look good), but it tasted great!:cool:

I know what you mean, but it's not a soup. There's just a lot of sauce, which I love sooking up with some crusty bread (which we get from the Polish shop), and you'll see if you look to the right of the picture:)Quote:

Del's making home-made Spaghetti Carbonara for lunch, with some lovely fresh pancetta we got from a deli and local Welsh farm eggs (with beautiful saffron-coloured yolks), so I'll post a pic of that later:cool:

Tatties done. Fork mash about a quarter and add. A bit of lamb gravy thickener and some pepper
