OK, What's For Lunch or Tea Today?

Got a roast chicken to dissect now and get some stock off bones plus the tight meat then carcass out to bin as it gets emptied tomorrow first thing. Don't want it festering in bucket for 2 weeks lol

I buy them pre roasted as I don't have an oven per say now just microwave oven. These are Tesco chilled ones and they're very good for money

Mmm. I do like a bit of roast chicken Grant. Not had any for a while.

Looks pretty decent, Grant. You should treat yourself to some nice pasta sometime, or ask your family to do so, particularly that wealthy brother of yours;)

Unfortunately, there is a sum total of ZERO Italian restaurants in Wrexham! A good deli is what's really needed, though... This was one of my fav places in Edinburgh, which we regularly used when I was up in Scotland: http://www.valvonacrolla.co.uk/deli-and-foodhalls

Anyway most of meat off and bones in pan simmering. Rest of meat will fall off after the simmer

Fajitas for tea in my house, kids choice it was either Paella or Fajitas

Been cutting up stuff in the garden with the new chain saw for about an hour, would have taken me all day using the bow saw that I have, food will have to be quick, can't be bothered, had a good lunch anyway, roast chicken, broccoli, carrots, rice and gravy, followed by a couple of apples from the garden.

Might do some pasta, sort of quick.

I use a reciprocating saw. Works well and blades are cheap!
