Lol, cheers, Royster... That's *SO* funny though, as Del had made some mint sauce, with fresh mint from the garden, which I used (and yes it complimented the lamb beautifully), but it missed being pictured. I put it on last and couldn't be arsed taking another pic, as I wanted to eat!:DQuote:

Yup, golden rule with takeaways is stick to what you know, as the results are so variable, unless you have very good reason to try somewhere new (great reviews, recommendation from a trusted friend, etc).

Seriously... Almost zero effort required. Del had seared them on the BBQ on a really high heat/flame, to give them that lovely chargrilled flavour, and they cook underneath really quickly, leaving the meat really soft and succulent:)
