I keep getting visions of sausage, egg, chips 'n beans. Mmm.
Had sweet potato mash, fish and peas yesterday. Couldn't bother with piccies though.

Looks good...
Very nice Tony, as usual, especially that beautifully reduced-down tomato sauce, which looks packed full of flavour! Nice one :)
As promised, here are the results of the chicken breast recipe I mentioned earlier:

It was fabulous, with the beer adding some richness to cut through the sharpness of the lemon, both of which complimented the chicken perfectly! And the Spätzle (which incidentally were bought in Germany and not homemade), and green beans worked really well with it.
I am rather fortunate to have a wife who's such an excellent cook!
Those who would like the recipe (for the chicken with beer and lemon juice) can find it here: https://blog.giallozafferano.it/silv...irra-e-limone/

No worries, matey. Try it and see how you get on. It's not difficult. Del knocked the whole lot up in less than 20 mins, and that included portioning the chicken!
Tomorrow my Dad's coming round for Sunday lunch, so we're having roast Welsh lamb with all the trimmings. If I get a chance, I'll take a pic :)

Yo Neil,
Now *THAT* looks utterly scrummy!!:drool:
Who else was enjoying it with you, or were you just doing a big batch to put some aside for other meals? :)
