Did a nice Pulled Brisket Chilli the other day. Slow cooked for about 7 hours with a bunch of quality chillies used (Ancho, Guajillo and Chipotles in Adobo) together with some lovely additions like pimenton and 90% dark chocolate. Needed some fresh guacamole to temper the heat.

Some Chorizo Tortilla with garlic prawns and a little tomato and avocado salad.
