The basis of it was this: https://groceries.asda.com/product/e.../1000065970400
...but without the Texan BBQ beef. Just a plain Margherita, but 'tarted up' with Parma Ham, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and chilli flakes. This Asda one has the tastiest, most authentic base, of any supermarket pizza I've tried - and base is king! If the base is good, you can always add some quality toppings of your own, as I did, and end up with something approaching an authentic Italian pizza.
Anyway, it slipped down rather well earlier, with a nice glass of Chianti, in the Wrexham sunshine!
Marco.
