Got caught in that this morning, luckily made my flight as the taxi driver had picked up on the situation and came in via Ascot/Egham rather than M3/M25 which was a car park the other way but messed up my direction too. According the BA lady I was talking to loads of people missed flights.

Made last night eaten today. Looks crap cold. Tastes great cold. And hot.

Seriously though, 600g beef 400g pork mince plus back bacon is a nice, lighter tasting Bolognese. Red wine, fresh plumb tomatoes blitzed, garlic, basil, coriander,.mushrooms, onions, carrots, beef stock cube, chilli, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, bay leaves and Grand Padano cheese is about it.

Added passata, veg stock, Shiraz, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, bacon, carrots, celery, Italian herbs & black pepper.

Served with wholemeal spaghetti tossed in extra virgin olive oil and black pepper topped with parmigiano reggiano
