Quick way is tin of oxtail soup and meat
Coq au vin, with bacon and button mushrooms. Mashed potato, leeks, carrots, brocolli and seared red peppers.
2016 Domaines Baron de Rothschild (Lafite), Réserve Bordeaux Spécial (which was also the 'vin' used in cooking the above).

Proper poached egg that looks tony mine tends to flake off in the pan. I remember my mother used to cook her P/E in a tin type thing. B w B
used to have one of those tin ones. work great... you get electric plastic ones now.
Textbook poached eggs, there Tony! Poaching has always been my preferred way of cooking eggs.
Del does a mean Eggs Benedict, which we sometimes have for breakfast at weekends, when we feel like being a little indulgent :)
