Agreed! It's tasty and goes far. Nice one on your use of the steaming basket and induction hob. If you can prep things the day before and get into a routine of making tasty, simple homecooked food, you'll eat much more healthily and save a fortune too, as you pay for the 'convenience' of eating that plastic crap.
