It likes air for me.. not tried new bottlings so might not be as good; who knows... but I used to get it sent up for me.. i would take half out into decanter and leave both to air off with air in bottles for a week/10 days before drinking.. its then stunning, sipped.
Alex, have did get some?:)
I mentioned it to you earlier in the thread, so went to Tanners today to collect a case, and of course served it with some CHEESE and biccies!

And having sampled it now, I can tell you that it's every bit as good as I described, and perfect (especially) with a good Brie!
Marco.
I opened my bottle of Legacy last night. It's super. If you like a'Bunadh you will love this heavily sherried style but this is so much better with more depth of flavour and a really long finish.
a'Bunadh has gone down in quality and up in price whilst this has an amazing price on Amazon of 39 quid - what a steal!!
Lol... Nice one, but don't wait long, as it tends to sell out fast! Do you approve of the cheese selection?:D
We had: President Brie, Collier's Powerful Welsh Cheddar, Extra-Special Comte, Blacksticks' Blue, and Castello Creamy Blue:)
