Dry January is upon us, I'll let you know if I make it or not.
I don't bother with any of that. Just follow my usual regime
of having two or three alcohol-free days a week.
I am unfortunately obliged to avoid drinking alcohol as it clashes with my medications and makes me feel terrible. Disappointing to somebody who really enjoyed a drop! :(
I now aim for 5-6 alcohol days free per week, but then again, I do tend to drink all my units in one go, but who made up this 14 unit per week measure anyway? It's naffin!Quote:
