American and European sherry oak, with a higher proportion of American ex sherry casks used here. No bourbon casks are used.

Tonight started with us drinking my Rum Casked high rye whiskey OLD WETT MUTT , I then went to a friends house and brought a bottle of Evan Williams single barrel ,we moved to Winchester bourbon then to a nice XO Brandy. So I've had a few tonight.
So how was the rye?
