The young wolf is if memory serves 40% quarter casks. Ie 50 litre bourbon. 40% normal borbon casks and 20% sherried. Young but lots of exciting fruity flavours/
fettercairn, ive not tried yet but i like their profile. This has been sherried and port pipes after bourbon casks.. I expect it to be fabulous although not cheap..
