It's funny but you would think it would be easy to find in the U.S. but so much of our top shelf bottles go to export.
Japan and Europe buy a lot of whiskey.
This is a problem too.

$100.00 for Weller SR. it's a $50.00 bottle, $150 for Blanton's a $60.00 bottle full retail.
I would like to try Weller Antique 107 but not from these guys at $140.00 to $150.00 a screw top bottle. It should be $60.00 to $70.00 a bottle.
Noah's Mill IS SUPPOSED TO BE GOOD ALTHOUGH NOT AVAILABLE HERE AT LEAST
Neck is away again arthritis wise. It's a real pain in the.. [emoji23]
Anyway, another open bottle..
Glenfarclas 15.
Finished a bottle of this earlier but replaced it.. A quality whisky for the money.
Lots of sherry in this. Great distillery Glenfarclas. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...143fbe1a25.jpg
When putting flour away I found a near full bottle of drambuie and a good half, 2/3 of bicardi.
Will be OK but I won't drink them
Need to find a home for them. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...52e076d6fd.jpg

I know the Yellow is much better but I’m rather partial to the Green Apples [emoji4]

I had a bit of a clear up yesterday and am in a state of shock.
I bought myself a bottle of Glenmorangie "midwinters night dram 2017" in Morrisons for about £20 three years ago:
https://www.glenmorangie.com/en-gb/a...ghts-dram-2017
forgot about it and find that it is now selling for about £100
Note to self: buy a few bottles of limited edition whisky when on offer and put them in a cupboard, one hell of an investment
Not tried it but sure it'll be nice n spicy as a Winters dram.
Always nice to get a whisky to be worth more later. Improves the taste
