That is a great deal , I am going to wait for Christmas sales and see what comes along at reduced prices.
Sometimes they even throw in a pair of tumblers.

Glendronach 15 revival.. Fabulous sherried whisky, from Ximenez and Oloroso casks.
This was best in show at the 2020 San Francisco spirits competition, and gold at the 2019 International wine and spirit competition in Highland single malts.

Follow that with a Tullibardine 228 Burgandy cask finish.
It got its last 12 months in a 228 litre Burgandy wine cask, hence the name.
More red berries and vanilla with this Nas whisky from the Blackford distillery in Perthshire.

feel like ive caught summat.. so going to hit it with quality, you know, it cant hurt.
Glenfiddich 18yr old small batch..
An extremely smooth dram as an 18yr old really should be. Even at 40%abv its got a long finish, and mouthfeel is nice too. Cinnamon, apples and plenty dried fruits and sherry on show. a little vanilla in the end as well.
Being a small batch whisky its not always going to be same even with the vatting procedure. No need for water with this either, but dont let first few sips put you off its qualities.
a damn fine whisky and at reasonable price t'boot.

Lovely balance to the fiddich. Now to set as a straight side by side, the more expensive tomatin oloroso 18. Tomatin 18 is ithink the most sherried whisky ive ever tasted. It is balls out; KICK ASS :d .. makes the Abunadh seem lacking, but for price, and its a fair bit dearer i would maybe advise, try the tomatin, but as a daily, drink the 18, or even the 15 fiddich.
But the tomatin rules with sherry
Been finishing off this bottle of 15yr old Dalmore. Nice, slightly dry sherried whisky. This is a very nice drop but perhaps slightly expensive.
I would buy again if the offer was under its current price of £62/65.

Another bottle on way out.
Arran Bodega, sherry cask.

55.8% abv so needs a little water. nice dram at a reasonable price. nas alas so perhaps a little rough around edges.
Thats that one gone now too. Certainly starting to see daylight.
Glenfarclas 15. Farclas still use the old direct fire system, as it adds weight to the spirit apparently. They tried steam but found it had a detrimental effect on the product so ripped them out and returned to old fashioned system.
Good on them I say. It may be a bit more expensive but their produce is rated very highly by myself for one.
