Just need to finish my Bombay Sapphire off before I crack it open.
I would like to find myself a bottle of The 500 cuts by Brewdog next.

Some Arran sherry cask
55.8% this nicknamed Bodega. Sherry obviously with chocolate orange etc.. Lovely drophttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...b235d6698e.jpg
followed it up with a glenfarclas 105 at 60% abv... an e ven bigger sherry bomb and slightly stronger.. cheaper too, although imo slightly rougher. still its very very nice:eyebrows:

Smooth, and with a sherried influence.
Not sure I don't prefer it to redbreast.
