Glenfarclas 25 at €120 seem like a good purchase?
Amazon have various whiskies on sale as part of their prime day.
Ive a bottle of the 25; not tried the 21. 25 is very good and a veritable bargain. You wont find another sherried 25yr old anywhere near imo. Personally I prefer the 18 when i can get it but the 25 is more complex
This arrived today. Looks good on shelf so will have to open another bottle instead [emoji23]
Got an 18 Yr old in my sights for tonighthttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...0a79795828.jpg
So, this is a Tomatin 18yr old sherried malt..
Deep, sherried nose and this continues in mouth.
Any sherry lover will love this.. It's marvellous stuff.
Oloroso casks so fairly sweet but nowt wrong with sweet sultanas and raisins. A bit of orange in this too as you'd expect.
Very smooth and a good long warming finish. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...3973c3759e.jpg
