I've been busy

- Mystery collet / spacers in birch ply as a tester and to be more in an exotic hardwood

I've also got a mid bass horn project underway - gonna be quite big! :)
Here are the other 3 collets - They are for Turntable plinth cable exits.

I have recently made a highly polished Ebony Armboard and fitting kit for an Ortofon AS-212S arm.
Here it is mounted on my test deck.

Nice, Steve... It's amazing how it looks so black in the first pic, and so brown in the second one! If I popped down sometime, would you be able to highly polish my armboard like that? :)
Have you got the arm, or it is yet to be purloined? :eyebrows:Quote:

Yes, I have polishing technology now :)
You could pop off deck and in the post to me and have it back in a few days;)
Lol - AYE RIGHT! :D
Anyway, good to know that it can be done. If I came down with the T/T, would you be able to do the job in the same day? :)
Marco.
Yes, that would be no problem. It's prob about a 1 hr job all up.
Nice one, Steve - would be good to meet up again anyway... I'll give you a shout when I'm thinking of coming down :)
Marco.
Just a quick thanks to Steve for sorting out a 12in tonearm I bought, it was a fairly well-constructed DIY effort (as far as it went) but unfinished.
Steve fixed up an end plug for the wiring to go onto, as well as attending to the earthing, and then sorted out my arm board as well. Lovely job.
