Hello Thomas. Welcome to AOS.
Tell us what music you listen to and what equipment you use in your Hi-Fi system.
Feel free to join in the chat, there's lots of interesting stuff going on.
Enjoy the forum,
Geoff.
thank all for your warm welcome.
Big fan of vinyl with a small collection of 500LPs taking their place on a Technics SL1200 equiped with a Goldring 1022 cart or an AT95E.
But mostly I enjoy digital hires files via foobar on old pc connected to a focusrite scarlett 2i2. Some of them converted from my cd collection , some downloaded and many vinyl rips done by me from my collection and friends' collections. The amplification job is done by a Sony FA3ES rocking a pair of B&W DM302 or a pair of CELESTION DL10 lately struggling to take a place in my living room. Sometimes a NAD 314 takes the place of SONY.
Not exactly the best sound that I want but I am happy with it.
Music follows the same steps as my equipment, older stuff mostly from 60s garage bands and 80s revival, shoegaze stuff of the JAMC kind and try to keep my ears open to everything. I can easily enjoy a BURZUM LP for example and right after a KINKS LP.
Thanx again and happy to be here.
Welcome to AoS
