Feels like winter out there today...looks like it too. Wet, windy, cold and downright miserable.
After a cool start, it's now nudging 22C and very sunny. Just as well, I need to work outside later.
Wet and a bit colder today
Sunny but chilly.
Sunny and warm here.
Just been down to the bank. Amazing how many people are out and about even round here where there's nothing to see really. If there's so many people who clearly don't work how come the rush hour traffic is so bad?
Lovely day here.
Been to get my barnet cut & to the post office.
Second load of washing in then I'm all caught up.
Cool and gloomy here at the moment. I think it'll brighten and warm up later though.
still wet and gloomy here. coldish too... not great . Neighbour just flew off to sun this morning...lucky sods
Wet here this morning
Lovely day here so far in sunny Wrexham! Currently 20C, with a gentle breeze, which is just nice:)
Got some work to do in the garden, re-potting some plants and herbs, cutting the grass and general tidying, so the clement weather will allow for that. Then tonight Del and I are going out for a curry and to the cinema to see this: https://www.odeon.co.uk/films/scary_...he_dark/18602/
Love a good scary story!:D
Marco.
Nice one, Robin. Do they serve decent coffee?:D
I'm not big on using main dealers for servicing, as you tend to pay through the nose for the same job that could be done by a good independent garage.
Marco.
Mine will no doubt be getting called in soon.. 10 months old now and still under 2k...lol
Ah I see, no worries. Hope all goes well.
When the service plan is up, defo use and good independent garage you can trust, as you'll save a fortune on servicing. With the Brabster, I buy all the necessary 'bits' and give it to the garage concerned [I'm fussy about what's put in, especially oil], which a friend of mine owns, and so only pay him for the labour:)
Marco.
16C, dull and damp!
Opposite here, Geoff. Rained overnight, but just got up and it's bright and sunny! 13C. Think it's due to rain later...
Marco.
Wait until the remnants of hurricane Dorian eventually make their way across the Atlantic in a week or so. Then we'll see some rubbish weather Marco. Flooding and storms are not uncommon in September.
Yup, then it'll be time to batten down the hatches and hibernate!:eyebrows:
Marco.
Was raining heavily here but sun has come out now.
Looks like that Dorian has made a right mess of the Bahamas.
Cold today.. dryish at moment, was sunny first thing.. rain on way tho, so ive been out early to do shopping. had car heater on today for first time
Brightened up nicely here after early rain
was right to go out early...its pissing down and as black as a coalhole with the lid down:eyebrows:
15C, bright and sunny. Looks like it's going to be a nice day.
Pretty much identical to what it's been here. A little bit of a colder wind now we're in September... Autumn, one of my favourite seasons, is on its way!:)
Marco.
Rain just stopped, but still dark and downright miserable. cold too
14C, dull and hazy. May have to put the sandals away and dig a jacket out soon.
16c, grey and rain incoming according to the beeb. Still resolutely wearing my shorts though!
....and no doubt doing them great justice, as usual!:eyebrows:
Not been wonderful today here either, but the forecast for the weekend is good!
Marco.
Dry and sunny this morning but only around 8c
Same here, as forecast, but 15C, and tomorrow is set to be the same. I'm much happier in these temperatures than when it's double that!:)
Marco.
yup sunny ish at moment..7c
dark as sin and raining heavily. cool too
14C, dull overcast, no breeze. A bit of a nothing day at the moment.
Cold, heavy rain. Flooding in some places as it's gone on all night.

Drizzle. Had to take refuge in a pub

Blimey who decorated that place?
That's the spirit Roy!
14c here and raining all morning. Supposedly getting back into the 20's later in the week and dry.
Anywhere is preferable to a Wehterspoons.
That's like saying HIV is a better virus than Ebola as it doesn't kill you as fast.
I hate all Wehterspoons 'pubs', won't go in them.
Sorry, did I hear you swearing?:D
Marco [doesn't eat in *any* sit down establishment where you have to pay in advance for food].
food is good. price was good. service was good. place clean, tidy and no or few plebs at lunchtime. whats not to like... today I was at the rowan tree in armadale. quite a nice place.

However, I'm glad you enjoyed yourself at the one you've just been to:)
Marco.
Yesh, and you need it with the size of your arse these days!:D:eyebrows:
;)
Only kidding, as I know you're a svelte wee thing now:D
