Still trying to find a decent dark. They don't exist to my taste buds I think. This is pretty decent but not that dark a roast which is cheating.

I was in similar situ in finding a single origin or even a blend that ticked all my boxes. Hence why i blend my own. Using magnesium enriched filtered water was the biggest upgrade tho.
