The largest speaker of the new S series from Quad, the Quad S5 Speakers combine advanced Kevlar-coned bass/midrange drivers with a specially designed ribbon tweeter. Standing at 1070mm tall, the Quad S5 is a three way speaker design housing a 125mm midrange driver with two 165mm bass drivers, as well as a new ribbon tweeter designed specifically for the S series.
Using multiple layers of MDF and high density particleboard the Quad S5 Speaker cabinets reduce resonance to an almost inaudible level. Available in a range of finishes the S5 Speakers are a fantastically presented speaker.
