'Night of The Demon'. Proper horror classic that is. It's been on Horror Channel and Moving Pictures TV channels a few times recently.

The other one to look out for is the 1945 'Dead of Night' anthology film with Michael Redgrave. The part with Hugo the dummy puppet is truly hair raising! Redgrave's acting here was fantastic. Proper spooky!!

Watched this yesterday. Great film. All 4 stories, which are linked, are very good although first and last are strongest.
I heard it once called a portmanteau.
