Are you not sleeping properly again, mate? It'll be all that whisky!:ner:;)
Seriously though, what time do you have your last dram?

no, i usually wake every 2 hrs for toilet. often im still tired and just fall back, but ive caught summat; not sure what but am blaming the garage who worked on car ;)
im hitting booze today as its making me feel better. i go to bed early as always tho.. well before 8pm.. often 6
Ah I see... Hope you've not caught anything major. In terms of that, how are you feeling - is it different from normal, in such as way for you to suspect that something has changed?
If a drink makes you feel better, then carry on. However, one of the reasons, aside from pish breaks, I think you're waking up in the wee small hours is because your sleep pattern is rather irregular. Going to bed at the likes of 6pm, aside from anything else, is going to guarantee that you'll be wide awake at 'funny o'clock' in the morning - even I would be!
Therefore, it would be good if you could, say, have a nap for an hour or so in the afternoon, perhaps after lunch, and then stay up until around 10pm (or later), then go to bed at a more normal time, which would then (aside from toilet breaks) make you likelier to rise at a more normal time, until your body gets used to that regime and your sleep pattern improves.
But going to bed so early every night, unless your *really* need to (if you're in too much pain or whatever) is always going to fuck up your body clock, as indeed will drinking alcohol, or coffee, (which as you know are both stimulants) too near to your bedtime.
Just some advice, mate:cool:

Ah ok, fair enough, but do you really have to go to bed so early if you're not in too much pain?
Marco.
always in a lot of pain by then, and tired too. if you had to distrobute your weight through your arms, you would likely be to. its tiring tbh, and when pain is added to mix, 10/12 hrs is a max. not always asleep of course but it does ease things somewhat to be lying down
Ok, fair enough. Just trying to think of ways that would prevent you from waking up at silly-o-clock in the morning, other than for a pish. Can not just 'empty yourself', then lie back down and go to sleep afterwards? I'd imagine you'd still be tired.
Marco.
mostly i go back to sleep, but sometimes not.. i have breathing issues too and still suffer from other things like nightmares which can wake u up.. trust me;)
you got any further with the chickens? i like chickens:eyebrows:
