For some reason the last couple of PM's I've received I've not been notified via email as per usual. I've only found out later when I've logged in to AOS. :scratch:
All the relevant settings are the same as previously prior to it all. Any ideas?

I’d be interested to see if anyone else reports a similar issue. Email notifications are being sent in general. I just got a notification about your post just then.
It seems Oulook has been blocking them as spam for some reason when I've been receiving them fine before. Never thought to check! oops :doh: Apologies :)
lol. always worth checking..... virgin mobile is down by way if anyone is wondering.:doh: spent a few hrs trying to fix my sons phone only to find mine is same ;)
Add our email address to your safe senders list / address book and that should keep the emails out of the spam folders...
Never checked spam folder on tablet as it just displays "focused" or "other" on email. Not sure why it started marking it as spam tho. Oh well..
It should learn if you mark as ‘not junk’ or move it back to your main mailbox.
I marked it as before as earlier email got spammed but did it again. I've put AoS on safe list so I'll try that. Thanks
