It took me about two years [and numerous strops] to convince her it was a non-starter though, and that I wasn't been mean for not letting her have it, so she doesn't always gets what she wants - there is a limit, lol;)
Was everything clear in my previous (lengthier) post, about the gagrage, etc? With no comment/feedback whatsoever, I always wonder if you've read stuff or missed it?:)

Why can’t she have a Fiat 500?
My mate has one and it’s an absolute hoot to drive, although it is a typically appalling piece of Italian design in some ways (for example, it has THREE separate switches to put the sidelights, headlights and instrument illumination on at night!)
I must admit I prefer his Honda S600 from a driver’s point of view, but the Honda makes the 500 feel big...
As you may have gathered, he likes air-cooled cars and also has a Citroen Ami and a 1953 Beetle. Even more amusingly he can fit all four into his “double” garage!
