G'day gents. All squared up with the landlord of The Wellington so we have the room for the day guys. I intend to bring along my Kralk Audio TDB12 monitors and my Avondale amps to get things kicked off. Who is bringing what? be nice if someone brings a valve amp.

I'll bring my Audion Silver Night 300b, but I seem to remember Alan's OTL showing it a clean pair of heels. I would be interested to hear whether your Kralks like it though

Don’t know if there was a name for mine but talking to Vic these were the top ones he did at the time with the best drivers.

Have done some fiddling with them and I’m very happy with how they sound now.

I was thinking of bringing the Linkwitz LXMinis if you still have space. As they are active and the crossover is in JRiver I'll need to bring my small fanless PC - so it can be used for playing from files.

They are very good Alan. I haven't heard them with my Voyagers yet but the intergrated amp i am using with them sounds great. You are as always welcome to come and have a listen. Be good to catch up fella Mr B called by and heard them and i think he was smitten. I am really looking forwards to hearing them at NEBO 11 with a valve amp. They are a true monitor in that the listener can hear right into a recording.

Yes I see they are 96.5dB efficiency so I think they would be ideal with a Valve amp
As it happens I am thinking about building a Nelson Pass F5 Turbo 50W version ;).
