The '402'power supply was there if you wanted to use the '102' as a stand alone Pre amp if used with a different brand of power amp.. However it's the Dual Active '207' that is the star but if you can get a pair of '205' mono blocks they were good.. Maybe you could upgrade the op-amps in the '102' reap improvements!
Here's a '102' with '402'.. I bought all my Quantum gear new in the mid 80's..

good just dont dsimiss them because you may not like the pre. try that '207' with a passive see what you think. They used propar output transistors {T03} :D... The power amp is passive or Active.Quote:
