Mm, I could eat that all day long, especially with that peppercorn sauce :)
I think I need some educating here - firstly, I see this term seasonal greens, seasonal veg, used a lot, what will seasonal greens look like in February? The same, but from somewhere foreign?
Also, what will the alternatives to pan fried be? Air fried? Deep fat fried sounds a bit unhealthy to me.

Firstly, it's just a general term meaning what's in season. Seasonality is a big thing in the farm shops we get some of our veg from, as they grow it there, and therefore know what's in and out of season. Stuff's always tastier when it's in season.Quote:

Secondly, air fried, why not? I don't have an air fryer, though. However, yes, pan-fried, as opposed to grilled, roasted or barbecued:)
