Indeed. Nothing ventured as they say. Practice the technique is really the only way. Getting good pouring foam is trickiest

That's exactly how it should be, rich thick crema, stuck to the walls of the cup all the way down, and staying there right to the end. Nice! :thumbsup:
Kevin, some of yours a looking good, too! Could you do me a favour though, and take a picture of your next coffee inside a plain white cup? It's just that your crema looks rather browny in colour, instead of yellowy orange, as it should be, and I think it's probably the cup you're using making it look darker than it actually is:)
