My old man was a fan of Armstrong kit back in the 1970's, gawd knows what happened to it all though. His main system was Quad based but he had a low slung Armstrong amp and tuner in his and mum's bedroom hooked up to a pair of nice Sony speakers which he cadged from a Sony music system my granddad once owned. There was also a Garrard SP25 but we won't talk about that... hehe
I don't think the '421' Amp, '423'/'424' turners were as nice looking as the '425'/'426' Tuner/Amps..Quote:
