Good fish and meat is expensive, regardless of variety.
I'm not big on fish, much preferring sea food: shrimps, prawns, crab, lobster and octopus. But to be contrary, I dislike shellfish such as oysters, whelks etc.

I made myself curious for the answer, so looked it up - it's basically a "double chop" joined by a bit of backbone, and something like 20mm thick. So basically a greedy-guts chop, and I'm ok with that as they usually have too much fat and not enough meat. The provenance of the lamb (or mutton) doesn't come into it, just the dimensions.
Thought ‘Barnsley Chop’ was a move in that northern martial art ‘Ecky Thump’.
