You can't even see it from the street. Here they love to rip down beautiful or interesting Victorian buildings and replace them with total eyesores that look even worse after a couple of years due to the shoddy materials they use. No-one on local councils seems bothered about that.
I think he just forgot to slip a plain brown envelope to someone.
If his neighbours don't care, I can't see it's a big deal even if he is an entitled prick. He'll come unstuck eventually.
He'd have done better buying a farm and converting a barn.
Looking like the hospital/ambulance system in this country(England in particular) is now not fit for purpose with people waiting 48 hrs to be seen properly.

As a result, Henderson said, doctors are struggling to find any space for patients arriving at A&E. That is causing record delays in ambulances handing over patients, which is leading to waits of up to 22 hours for 999 callers.........

One where I tried to open a beer bottle with my teeth (which I've mentioned before). That ended in A&E getting stitches. One where we all got ejected after someone tried to start a fire in the garden with one of the sofa cushions. And one where some guy thought he could intimidate me with his 6'3". I set him straight there, but got chucked out by an off-duty copper.
Mostly parties were just under-attended non events, and none of them even register on the shame-scale compared to Boris and his cronies.
